Challenge Yourself

I remember when I was first getting started as a business owner. I couldn’t wait to get through the problems I was experiencing to the other side where they would no longer burden me.

Some of those issues took me over a year to work through: fear of getting started, worry over quitting my job, anxiety that no one would like my product.

When I got to the other side of those issues though, there was only momentary relief, and then....more problems to work through! More fear, worry, anxiety, doubt.

The grass is never greener my friends! Do things in your life because they are important to you, not because you think they will magically make your life better😊️😊️😊️.

This is something I’m carrying with me as I lose weight, too. I’m not doing it because I think a thinner body will magically give me confidence or make me happier. I’m doing it for me; because it’s a challenge I want to work through, because it will make me grow and evolve in ways that sitting on the couch munching on gluten free crackers cannot.
