What I Eat in a Day

I'm often asked what is it that I eat in a day, so here it is!

Pretty Typical:

 Bragg's apple cider vinegar with lemon first thing in the morning
Espresso...
Green smoothie with spinach, flax and collagen
Winter Glow Up salad from the Basically It Meals menu!
Dijon-Dill salmon also from the menu; so friggin good

Is that bad? No, not at all! Fats are very satiating, and can help our body burn fat. Not to mention, all the great nutrients they contain.

Nuts and seeds
Avocado
Fish
Oils
I love eating them with every meal!

  • Skin (they are totally anti-aging!)
