40. Losing 80lbs and Keeping It Off- Connie's Journey From Lifelong Dieter to Weight Loss Success

When Connie started working with me she was 150lbs overweight and had been dieting for 40 years. She was pretty sure she would never be able to lose the weight and keep it off. When we recorded this interview, she had lost about 80 pounds and kept it off with ease without dieting.
